Rest & Recovery
Today, pretty much is a day of pure rest & recovery. I'm planning on watching 6+ hours of football, eating moderately unhealthy(ok just one meal from Chipotle), and stretching alot.
Just trying to be the healthiest, most well adjusted person I can be. I truly believe that most people have no idea how far they can push themselves mentally and physically. Pretty much if I don't do something daily I am irritable and unbearable to live with.
I got married after college, got a desk job and packed on the lbs. After 3 years of hard work, I'm in the best shape of my life.
