Day off... sort of
Working out the kinks from the race yesterday. 1 mile walk in the morning and 1 hour spinning session to get blood flowing. Lots of stretching. So not a true day off with the spinning, but at least my joints are getting a rest.
Just trying to be the healthiest, most well adjusted person I can be. I truly believe that most people have no idea how far they can push themselves mentally and physically. Pretty much if I don't do something daily I am irritable and unbearable to live with.
I got married after college, got a desk job and packed on the lbs. After 3 years of hard work, I'm in the best shape of my life.
