2 day work week... woohooo

No running today after 23 miles this weekend. Hit the gym for some chest work. This week will be a lower mileage week before I spend 3 weeks running hard in preparation fro the Hangover Classic.


Barbell Flat bench press - 4x12
Barbell Decline bench press - 6x12
Barbell Incline bench press - 4x12
Dumbbell pullovers - 4x15
Superset - Flat cable flys - 4x12, Incline cable flys - 4x12
One armed Medicine ball pushups - 4x15
High cable flys - 4x15


Weighted leg raises - 4x15
Planks - 4x75secs
